Hello, if you are grinding a tank, all the XP goes to the tank you are playing towards leveling up the vehicle. You can view your loadout tab to see your progresss towards your next level

I can see that you are earning XP and progressing fine so I'm unsure what exactly it is that you are looking at. I can only tell there you are progressing and you will see the XP increase if you look at the proper location within the loadouts tab, or the PBRS which will also show your increased progress each match.
