That tank should not be chasing me down in a light tank like it does. It’s a medium not a light. I really think mediums should be somewhat affected by the terrain resistance changes coming in a later update too.

Orsorio is fine in most ways just nerf a couple stats about it and it's fine it's currently a problem because it has insane dpm and has very trolly armor makes it hard to deal with in certain situations

Even if it’s not the fastest it’s armor should not be the way it is for a medium and if it’s always top tank in a match or in the MVP screen that’s a problem obviously it’s too powerful

It's armor definitely is a enigma of a medium when no other era3 medium is as densely armored

But in my opinion it's thick armor isn't necessarily a problem in it's self just adds to the frustration of fighting one because it has insane dpm high pen high alpha it's laser accurate and it's fast dosen't really have any notable weaknesses

Main way I've found to counter one is similar to the Abrams is use atgm's and hit it's ufp

It's easy enough to deal with, but it is drastically overtuned compared to other Era 3 mediums.

I would argue that if it had the penetration of the AMX 40 that it wouldn't be as much of an issue

It's better than the Type 85-I, AMX-40 and, as you've mentioned, the lower tier mediums.

It's also better than almost every single Tier 2 tank

If id were to suggest a couple things to nerf about the Osorio id say pen and accuracy not sure if that would be enough

Id say armor but it's armor does make it unique in era3 since no other medium has it's lvl of armor

Type 85-1 shouldn't even be mentioned, 2nd Gen MBT up tiered to era 3 for no good reason

i would not really care if you bought this tank, sure it has some extra dpm but people need to realize it’s low hit points and below average medium mobility.

If it's broken/op/toxic it needs addressed no exceptions sure i understand why some people would get annoyed when something they bought is made worse but as wargaming put it everything is subject to change which includes premium tanks if it means to make the game better for everyone then it's worth it

To that point Lights have Way too many hitpoints. So a medium can catch a light in a chase sequnxe. Bummer.

I do agree that Osorio its way too powerful
It has better armor than some heavies that also eats atgms like they are nothing
It has the best dpm and gun on all mediums that outmatches even some heavies
It has good speed, i dont agree with the comment that says its speed its meh.
Its pretty easy to have a +6000 damage game on it

I dont know how it handles in a cammo setup but i wouldnt be surprised if i see doing well in that aspect too.

The tank does everything right, has no counter or weakness other than the normal tank weaknesess like getting shot from the side and back

Actually I retract my statement of needing a speed nerf or really any nerf for Era 3 vehicles. If WOT is just looking for 1v1 battles in a game of 30 tanks, nerf away. I still can’t penetrate the 490b. Bounce right off of the back. The EE-t1 has been in game a lot recently and it’s not an issue. When I do see the EE-t1 it does make me rethink my position just as the 490b and relocate for better one. Most people want a nerf because whatever is too tough of a challenge or their Unicum score is going down. It’s a rock from the front, but don’t try and side scrape with it. It’s just not an issue whatsoever. It’s good for the game the way it is, it’s Era 3, top tier.

A tank can absolutely have a weakspot and still be overpowered. After all, being overpowered doesn't mean that it can't be killed, just that it's notably better than the rest of the competition. Which it is.

It's a rather difficult opponent in Era 3. Probably wouldn't be as bad with merely the AMX-40's gun, but it gets above average standard penetration and that difficult armour.
