Unlocking modules from other tanks

Please make it so that we don't have to grind the same modules over again on other tanks (like we don't want to grind the same 122 on the t10 when we already got it on the st-i)

I think this was a thing before 6.0, but i may be confusing it with WoT PC who has always had this feature.

actually PC removed this with 2.0, but yes both products use to have it.

It’s funny that you don’t explain they removed it because they changed the whole system of how stock tanks work. Stock tanks on pc are far more competitive now as many of their “stock” modules have been removed / replaced with better modules. The pc version previously had the feature that you could use modules from one tank to another because stock tanks were not very competitive. On console, we don’t this feature and our stock tanks have not gotten the same update to their modules as pc so we’re just stuck grinding the same module over and over again. Should be a feature imo

Console switched to LVP (Linear Vehicle Progression) which meant that it wouldn't work as a system anymore.

PC changed it for their own reasons, none of which have been stated publicly and @potent lagoon reasoning doesn't actually make sense because they still use the module system and therefore the chance wouldn't have been required. So unless PC decide to discuss why they did it i can't really say much on the matter.

I personally dont see what doesn’t make sense in my message ? I believe they removed it because they rebalanced nearly every vehicle in the game with 2.0. This meant they removed / improved stock tanks modules so they would be more competitive. As stock tanks are now more competitive, they did not need the feature allowing already researched modules to be available on other vehicles. Maybe I’m wrong with why they removed the feature, but I think I’m correct in my logic ?

Pc vs console - E75. This is just one example, but I don’t see it as “pc catching up with console tbh”. Maybe the e75 needs some love in terms of the stock gun, playing this tank with an 88 is tragic. Even if you load gold it’s still awful. Again just one example, but does show my point is not completely incorrect!

Along with other tanks in that line of updating the stock issues. PC did a different take on it, but they are years behind things we've addressed a long time ago.

Fair points and I know understand you made changes long before pc! Playing with an 88 on a tier 9 is still not fun tho. Should at least give it better gold pen, or just remove the 88 and do what pc did. And just curious whether you’d know, before 2.0, could you equip the 105 to the e75 if you unlocked it on the tiger 2 ? If you could, then the pc were still better off with the old system compared to us right now (at least from an e75 stock gun perspective)
