For the Champion's Path challenge, there is a goal "Receive 25% damage or more of your maximum health in a surviving battle" that pays 1 point.
I recommend not having these goals because they encourage players to get damage.
I understand that the intent is to encourage active gameplay instead of sitting back safely during a match.
This goal makes me always frantically try to damage myself as the battle nears it's end. Yes, I've fully eaten a cliff or two when I just wanted a bite. It also makes me consider not using hull patch and makes me take more risky maneuvers so that I can try to catch one or two shots.
Frequently, this leads to worse than expected damage which of course is not good for my team. If I'm playing recklessly then the outcome is more volatile.
I've seen a goal like this a while back for another challenge so I know it's not common.
