Can only give any kind of feedback for era1 but they are decent tanks main gripe is with the type61b it's engine gets knocked out so easily and the stb-1 is a pretty decent medium feels pretty similar to the tier10 version minus auto-siege overall I'm liking them so far also hoping yall release some Japanese cw premiums at some point 👌

The STA-3 should get an autoloader to reflect the system it had IRL.

The STB-1 should have an autoloader to reflect the assisted autoloader or be renamed to the STB-2

The TKX should have an autoloader to reflect how fast it's RoF is IRL compared to other autoloaders.

The Type 90 should have an autoloader to reflect how fast the gun fires IRL.

Era 1 tanks are fine now era2 for me it seems they hinder the tanks with manual siege and the bloom on the gun while moving it’s ridiculous everybody else just gun and run around you and these mediums just miss shot after shot

Yeah after getting to play the type74 it's garbage why do yall insist on making the bottom of each era horrendous

Can only hope era3 is actually good so I'd recommend avoid era2 Japan unless you want to experience pain

The Type 74 E to 74 G .. not much of a difference .. but a whole bunch of time and XP to grind it. The TKX should should have little more armour for being an ERA 3 tank. Giving up on grinding this line..

The TKX and Type 90 should have less armor tbf. They are documented to have around 450mm of kinetic protection on the turret.

So the TR-85M1 gets the worst irl armor estimate it has as what it has ingame, but the japanese tanks, despite their irl estimates already being higher than the tr85m1's, get their armor ingame improved/buffed in comparison to their irl estimates? Add that onto the abrams and leo 2 getting engine upgrades they never had in service while the tr85m1 has the 1200 hp iveco v12 engine with a similar situation too but it doesn't get that as an upgrade. The anti-eastern bias here is so thick that you can slice it with a knife.

The eastern alliance is long overdue a real buff. The eastern tanks should've all gotten buffed the last season, but here we are another season came and still nothing for the majority of eastern tanks and only minor things for the few ones that did get buffed.

Geographically. Their tank designs are not eastern at all and neither part of the ingame eastern alliance.

Not just that one, but it's a good example, and one I know how to give examples of how the western ones were given prefferential treatment compared to that one. I mentioned it because now these new tanks are also given a prefferential treatment that it and other eastern tanks don't get, which you pointed out yourself.

Type 74 and 74E lack in penetration in the standard rounds and as you know Heat as premium is mostly useless.

@buoyant dove like that matters. The game is not even remotely accurate.

The Type 74s are a bit of a slog, even with an unhealthy amount of boosters.

Still, I actually enjoyed the 74G. Certainly not a tank that can carry, but also not a tank you should ignore if it's on the enemy team.

Building off this, if the TKX and Type 90 can have over twice their documented armor, them the Type 74s should get more armor as well.

Is the type74g actually decent I'd like to have a type74 that's enjoyable only difference I noticed about it it has skirt armor

I like them a lot, so far. Type 74E fully upgraded and unlocking the Type74G.

I'm not a fan of the type74,s so far very much mid at best from my experience it's basicilly required to fight while in siege mode if you want to be remotely constant with your accuracy it's annoying

awful idea got three Type74 in Era 2, those almost exactly the same.

I just wish the 74's were faster. My ST-II can keep up with them and it has to lug around two guns on a huge turret.

The TK-X is the best on the line. The era 2 74's are hard to get through because they have low armor and have atgm tanks to deal with. If you can get through era 2, you'll be all right.

Reticle is too bobby and sticks on horizon elements when turning the turret in sniper mode from side to side.

Man these things are so awful dosnt even have pen and accuracy no armor to boot the era 2 portion is just as bad if not worse than the era 1s...and the era 3s I just go through those hopefully wargaming starts buffing or making tech trees stronger cause this is awful overall.

Era1 is decent era2 is just pain and from what I've heard era3 is pretty good

Just this morning I got to the type74e and even stock I can tell it's more accurate then the maxed out base type74
