Because to them, buff Eastern alliance is not "P correctly". Western alliance already been buff two or three times including damamge, reloading, accurancy, speed etc. But for Eastern? only one time for some of Soviet tanks earlier of this year, it did buffed, but you can never feel it.

This isn't a T-72 based tank, it's based off of a T-55 design.
