Lakeville middle road glitches out on the camera

So, when in middle road of Lakeville if you try to look at the mountain when by the middle rock in middle road. If, you look at the mountain behind the camera will glitch out and then you see through the mountain as it glitches out to see through to the other side. Also, it can crash the game at times as it has crashed the game for me a few times when this as happened. Could this issue be fixed?

No i dont but i should've recorded it when it happened. It was the most bizarre thing I've seen in game.
