no record of gold being spent on ammunition?

tldr - game has taken 308 gold for ammunition resupply, no refund because there's no record of the transactions according to support

Following my video in the other thread (which I closed, doh), the game started charging me gold for ammunition for the 50TP even though it showed silver, it HAD changed the currency. I put in a ticket for a refund but apparently there is no record of gold transactions.

I had noted the five battles in the ticket, when the server said they ended, which server, which map and the amount of gold. You know how nerdy I am about these records.

When I posted the ticket, the most recent three were in the log but not the previous two. After restarting, the most recent three do not show in the log but the older two do show. I have sent that screenshot in on the ticket.

Extra information about the gold. I noticed the loss because I knew how much gold I had before battling (by chance I bought some tank war chests before doing any battles and remembered the gold amount when I stopped) and it has gone down from that by the amount of the most recent three battles.

Since then I have corrected the issue with the tank by playing a game without automatic resupply then making sure it was buying with silver.

The battles are as follows, server, map, end time (BST).
9/4/2025 - Europe, Ensk, 19:40:10, 77 gold
9/4/2025 - Europe, Berlin, 18:46:53, 55 gold
9/4/2025 - Europe, Pilsen, 18:36:29, 66 gold

Well, yes, but it's a bug - it's not now showing all gold transactions in the log and I thought you might be able to help pin down what happened when. They have already refunded the older two battles, the gold went up, but not the three from yesterday.

Follow up responses usually take longer. You generally are not getting a “boiler plate” response

CSR's time frame is within 48 hours of submission which is a quick turnaround time on tickets. But generally they are faster than that.

Just a reminder, though, there was still a bug - the three from 2 days ago do not appear in the log.

Are you able to share some pictures on it? There is a limit to what is displayed (20 IIRC) so wondering if you just had more gold transactions than what we support

this shot shows the older two battles but not the more recent battles which really looks like there's a bug somewhere, surely the older battles would disappear first?

for information (there is a caveat)
p1 - one tank war chest purchased
p2 - 6 tank war chests, 6 commander war chests and 2 sets of ten commmander war chests show

the caveat is the chests do not correspond to my most recent purchases, there should be rather more tank war chest purchases showing up, I have not bought commander war chests for some time now but bought a few after I noticed this issue with gold being charged
