A bunch of the US military ranks have the wrong rank listed for the emblems

Yeah, for the 2 examples you provided, the single star would be a Brigadier General while the single chevron is a Private Second Class (or PV2)

Sorry, I don't see why the USMC emblem is a special emblem when the US Army, USN, USAF are available, and there is even a National Guard emblem for some reason, but the USMC emblem is a special emblem and not available.

They are not available either. If you see them, you likely have a voucher.

I’m not sure what the issue is with the rest of the question—it’s essentially asking what emblems are being grouped together as I don’t exactly remember when they came out. We generally know the events though Military has 2-3 possibilities. Not all the April Fools ones are treated the same—some looking more permanent?

IE I noticed the two different (vampire) bats are not in animals. Are they something to be added later to the standard animal emblems, or will those be Halloween emblems or will one of them never be seen again (because 2 bats for Halloween seems excessive) or is it unknown still? Or did I miss seeing it even?

Another version of the question is there were 3 sets of Chinese calendar emblems—are they expected to only come around for Chinese New Year?

And is the expectation that emblems not in the standard sets will be paywalled as a group only during special events or will some be paywalled and some temporarily added as silver?

Lots of questions and a bit more Q&A to n stream would be welcomed.
