#It would be better if you give these cool TNMT skins for existing tanks

They have to pay for that license. Especially since the commanders have their own voices. I am sure it was not cheap.
The thing I dislike most about this is not only that you can't take off the skin. Except the ignis, none of these have an unskinned version (at least not in cw), making not only the skins, but the tanks themselves way too rare by having them only be available when the license is, instead of being in the usual rotation of sales, which often means you can buy them on release and if you don't you won't get another chance.
It would be great if they released versions of these, the ares proto, etc. without the skins, that we could get normally, and especially in this case. I like the cw tanks they're releasing, but I really don't like the skins on them.
I agree that these should be skins
But the whole event is silly and ridiculous for a tank game.
Gi joe tanks are a good example. Started playing again like a year after. Never been on sale again and only the rdfl has a base version.
From my understanding, and seeing in-game from a few prior events, people just don't buy skins. They inherently do not sell well.
A new premium tank? Oftentimes very popular
Collaborations being limited time is the norm for most games. If you miss it, that's that.
Im aware thats why its an example of good tanks locked behind skins.
The rdfl being the only non skin version in CW
I think the new tanks sell not the skins
I personally would buy the new tanks but only if i can turn the skin off which i cant
Im not sure but I feel like the contract made them not able too. They did it with lots of ww2 tanks. Why not CW?
I assume its because cw makes more money
