So on PC, when you form a platoon you would get some additional benefits. This would include silver and exp earn rate being increased, as well as provide the ability to form platoons in random matches with people.
I was wondering if this could possibly be implemented? It would incite platoon play and grinds more, and feel it would overall increase the quality of the game just a slight bit.

Platoon incentives would be excellent. I think it's something like 10% on PC which would go a long way to helping with the grind. Forming platoons in battle would be super cool too since we could rematch with good teammates or maybe get a rare medal.

There was a challenge team up for 100 win (in a month or in a season? I don't remember) that will get a top secret card(general box). But it never shows up from sometime, don't know the reason. Maybe they will say " we do this according to your feedback, according to your suggestion, according to your request"

No. I don’t know what you even mean by that unless you didn’t read
I also stated you can form platoons in pubs with randoms. You can also decline it. It’s a simple feature that PC has for a while now and works quite well.

Random included makes it better. If players want to join together like a club, great. However I fail to see why they should get paid to platoon just because they are. WG have Comps fine, get some goodies. But day to day normal grinding no.

The issue with that logic then is for people who do day to day grinding having to sit there and spend months with the matchmaking the game clearly has issues with.
Just the BZ line reminded me how matchmaking solo can drastically increase the time to take. Adding a playtime reward for grinding would improve so much with the game, even if it’s just a small thing, and make it a lot more bearable
The amount of my friends telling me they are just gonna free exp stuff because the grind isn’t fun and is torture is proof enough as it is
