Id say do what PC does, show stats to see who is a noob and who is a vet, then you can see who is covering you and if it's worth pushing when you have 2 decent players behind you or people that don't know where they are an dwhat are they doing.

Unfortunately, WG believes new players should start at Tier 3 and Tier 11, aka Era 1 whilst suppling free tanks to play Tier 10 and that is beneficial to the game overall. It would seem that this may not be the case at the moment.

Too bad most of the time they won't join clans there's no clan search function in game to help this issue either.
