1:1 matchmaking is probably the best way to “balance” the T249 if WG continues to refuse to nerf it.
Unfortunately, if it has 1:1 MM, it then has a 50% win ratio, so WG will then always say it’s balanced

1:1 matchmaking is an absolute joke because of that very reason
If the only way to make a tank "balanced" is 1:1 matchmaking that means the tank is blatantly broken
