Every new tank that comes out that is premium 90% have to be paid for as pay to win besides some event tanks and is nice but I suggest
Every time a new tank comes out in store it should have 2 ways to get it either you buy it like normal in the store or have a earn op so that way free to play people get an opportunity to get something new and this would affect every new tank that comes out but the earn op shouldn't be to was sense it's new but not impossible as well
I can name countless tank that are only pay 2 win and was not a earn
And some people would like to have them

We already have this. FTP can save gold earned and buy the Season Pass which has a brand new tank. Then save gold from the pass to purchase the next pass.

They would still have the the option to sell the tank as they do now and other content chest other stuff

I seriously doubt it. 6k gold for top season pass and probably only half the players buy it. Their money comes from premium tanks imo.
