#Remove severogorsk from CW

I agree and would add fisherman's bay, also to small for CW
And Mountain Pass.
And make Mountain Pass SUMMER
I disagree. Keep all those maps. Consider adding Himmelsdorf even.
Why???
One does not need to look far for complaints about fast and tiny tanks running rampant. They are too undetectable, too fast and have too much firepower.
These "smaller" maps help to level the playing field. A MBT has a better chance without all the giant open areas. If ELC SS's and Wiesel 1 MK's struggle on those so called smaller maps, perfect. MBT's are at a disadvantage on many more maps.
Large maps are worse for lemming trains and wolf packs. On a larger map, the team that sticks together wins. Halfaya Pass is a prime example of that.
On smaller maps it is more difficult for team members to get isolated. Simply because they can't get too far away. One can often get to the other flank to help out in time.
How many times have heard about the CW Wolf Pack Meta? How many times this week?
Generally, the lemming train/wolf pack goes around the map gobbling up outnumbered enemies to great effect. That is why it is the meta. But on a smaller map the wolf pack can't really take advantage of isolated enemies as teammates a simply closer together.
Small maps may seem more like a 'brawl'. But the wolf pack ends up in a brawl very often anyway. At least on smaller maps that 'brawl' will include the whole team. Rather than one whole team against a handful of enemies.
I am not saying small maps are the magic solution for CW. But I am saying small maps are not really one of the major problems as I see it.
Rainy mountain pass>
Less maps is always a bad thing.
Not for CW, the smaller maps are just bad.
CW Severogorsk is better than Halfaya pass in my opinion. One of the spawn alts is especially terrible for lemming train/wolf pack. If and when your team of randoms splits up, you lose on Halfaya Pass.
Nah sorry but no, im getting tired of getting the same 6-7 maps everymatch, WG when reworking an old map should have in mind cw and its 3 eras,
