The T95E2 also appeared when I used free xp to buy the T 50 briefly during the animation, but was able to buy the tank.

Also note this is only if you sell the tank and try to rebuy it, If you have not previously owned the tank then you can purchase it.

Odd cause I was able to purchase it on an account that never had it before, The team is working on resolving the issue though.

@granite moss someone posted a clip in #memes-and-images of then trying to buy the french starter and got the same as I did with the Czech starter
