i try to explain, intra clip reload is 0.02 seconds, and you need 50 shots to fill 1 second, one shot does 25 dmg, 50 x 25 is 1,250 dmg

The pen won't be such an issue. You only need 2 opportunities a game to dump into the flank or side of an enemy to have a great game.
Just once is enough to have a good game.
