Edited. See below.
@thin gulch This is the suggestion channel. All you do is write what your suggestion is.
I think the dev team would be open to improving the "command wheel". I watch all the Friday Streams and they are always looking for ways to make improvements and for suggestions.
I will change my suggestion to "Be Careful"
I think "Be Careful" could be really useful as I see many players take an unnecessary risk that leads to their ticket back to the garage. They go just a little bit too far. Poke out too much.
I can see that we are outnumbered or out gunned. But they don't seem to realize it. They shouldn't run and hide, but just "Be Careful"
I think we should also have a command wheel for direct call with the devs, the first call I would add is "play your own game"
I would like to add the Tank name to the player name when commands and pings are called out.
When MisterGPS pings a hill or corner (to hold) it makes a difference what tank he is in. If MisterGPS is in a FV4211, I will go there to back him up. If Mister GPS is in a Type 79, I may not go there to get overwhelmed.
If MisterGPS pings a field, it also depend what tank he is in. A FV4211, he is going there to die and I need to take that into account. A Scorpion 90, I need to be ready to shoot what he spots.
Same with any command.
"Need a Target" MisterGPS is not as meaningful as:
"Need a Target" MisterGPS Iron Rain
Conversely if it is:
"Need a Target" MisterGPS ELC EVEN 90, I will know not to count on him.
id like to be able to customize from a set list
That is not a bad idea, Customize the wheel by adding or even removing quick commands. Also a good one could be "ENEMIES HERE". and "PUSHING FOWARD".
How about "unbelievable"
Couple years ago we used to have a “flank left/right” command during the countdown to play per round. Those commands only lasted a couple month I guess before it got removed.
should be about 50 to pick from and have each tanks have their own custom selective. It's game change.
The solution is straightforward: we just need to bring back the commands from before version 6.0. Those were the best commands, and reinstating them would restore what we had. You can look at World of Tanks PC for reference—it’s essentially the same setup. Back then, we had more functionality, including social and strategy-focused commands. I believe there were around six pages, possibly more than we have now.
I think that the solution for the entire game is return to pre 6.0 lmao
