im not goong to make new stats for every arty in game so thay will be %

40% more accuracy for tier 5-7 (10% for 8-10)
30% more hp
20% speed buff
-30% horse power
more camo for small arty
10% more dmg for ap -40% for he rounds (not french line) only -20% for gun carriage
-20% pen
10% more accuracy when turning hull (not moving)
worse moving camo

This cant even be called a rework. This would put artillery at a potential base dpm of 4500 with accuracy stats similar to standard direct fire guns. For example the obj 261 would go up to 4459 potential dpm (base), 1300 HE alpha and an aimed in accuracy of 0.28 (also base). It would have an AP round with 858 alpha and a base reload 2 seconds faster than an E4 😂

nah editing it to be -40% HE alpha aint making it any better lol. These % are waaaaaaaaaay to high

a big problem is still the accuracy. 50% more puts some of these artillery being more accurate when aimed in than TDs

and -40% HE would effectively kill the conquerer gun carriage which only has HE

#

I would really suggest going through and reviewing the stats of at the very least the tier 10 WW2 artillery pieces. I dont even want to think about how immensely overpowered low tier ones like the sexton 1 would be
