40TH TANK WARCHEST ISSUE

Bought my 40th Tank Warchest .. and you are supposed to get an epic tank.
Nope I get please try again. This message appears when I go to open the chest.
Tried several times to "try again".. restored my licenses as well. Restarted my game several times.. bought another chest.
Still nothing..
Does the " anti-duplicate system have issues as I have most of the tanks which are available , or have had them. Is there an issue with the " it must be bought for silver as you previously owned it?

I have had the same problem since Tuesday.

the moderator reported the problem to wg and since then I've been waiting for it to be fixed

Yes I was looking at your post as well. Probably there won't be a fix until it updates on Tuesday , at least I hope so

I was upset over two... I would be very upset if I had as many as you have. Finger crossed for a fix soon. They haven't even acknowledged mine yet 😞

Yes the free daily chest worked for me this morning. So for you are the Sergent and General chests bugged or is it strictly the Tank War chests

I understand the bugs, and most software companies these days don't do enough testing before releasing . My work DMS is this way.. 2 fixes and 3 breaks

I'm not really complaining about WG, I very rarely encounter bugs, but Ubisoft is one of the worst studios at this level 😂

Yes there are some game/software companies which are much worse in my experience, and haven't had many issues with WG except for the RNG / MM. 🤨 Those issues we just have to deal with as it is part of the game .. and it is just a game 😕

the rng according to a wot pc youtuber is based on four points one precision two penetration three damage and four the player factor according to the decisions he makes and I think he is right and that wg does not influence the battles and the low mm I do with it without more

Yes.. I think I have seen the same video that you speak of. Was it by Rikitikitave? He was quoting a conversation he had with a WG programmer.. RNG is based on a random number generator.. which is why things go well sometimes and so bad the next.. and yes MM was explained also. Now if they had true vision in WW 2 it would be all good for me 🙂

no it's a French youtuber @Pamboum who claims that it's the player's knowledge of the performance of his tank in terms of precision penetration damage and the decisions that the player makes that can reverse the trend or not and he believes that the rng is in no way responsible for a defeat but blames the players

lol.. there is a lot of blame on the players, even including myself. Sometimes too impatient and rush. But there are times when you take the time , aim properly and know the enemy take and the retical indicates it will penetrate and it bounces.. and more often than not , it is a lower tiered tank against a higher tiered tank. I always try to know my enemy tanks.. Older dude who likes military history and loves real tanks too

lol this is where mastery of the game comes into play if we know the weak points well there is no reason why it should not break through afterwards if your opponent is rank 8 mastery in defense as we call it in France the diamond position or in English side scraping or hulldown I think it is normal that you ricochet

Well... these two tanks do have the best frontal armour in WW2 and CW according to everyone..and if you are able to protect the back of the tank, you block a lot like in your examples. Sadly for me , some tanks just don't click and I can't do well in them even though it is a great tank. Also sadly , it is a team game and a lot times there is no team.

It's in the mastery of hulldown and side scraping that allows you to defend well and some tanks are effective by mastering these techniques quite simply and frankly when it works it's so enjoyable especially against idiots who are not capable of making the decision to go around me or create an outnumbering

Is there also a problem with the other war chest. I recently bought 44 sergeants war chess and did not receive one Tank at all. I know other people that bought 22 sergeant war chests three weeks ago and got up 3 to 8 tanks. Has any one else had this problem?

indeed it can happen that we get no tank it is the principle of loot boxes like in other games such as CoD

Getting tanks in the Sergeant or General chests is hit and miss.. it is a 10% chance to get one. Usually for the monthly rewards I have gotten 30 chests and some months no tanks. The issue seems only to be the Tank War chests. I bought some Sergeant chests yesterday , and after bypassing the 2 Tank War chests, everything else seemed to work fine

The sergeant and general chests remain profitable, now we have to see if the tanks offered are interesting or not before investing
