Is there any chance now with the missile nerf you can give the MBT 70 a bit better pen on the standard round please, even 500 would at least give it a chance, 400 is just to low, bofore the nerf you could obviously use the missile closer, but now it is much more awkward, HE is fine but head on isn't that efficient. No, the DPM was increased to account for the low penetration.

The missile reload is the same as the M60A2s, so it isn't particularly good either.

Yeh but that's potential damage, if you can't pen stuff except if you have to really aim your shots you get hit because it takes you longer to take that shot, your armour isn't great so anything pens you, i know i don't fear an mbt 70 when i see one because i know i will out dpm it and i will pen it easily while it tries to derp me or vainly shoots me with standard. This is why for a good player its got a easy wn8 ceiling because average players can't use it. It maybe a fun tank but it isn't a good tank.

As the tank relies on overmatch to pen, and given how old the design is, I just can't see it's penetration getting buffed again.

If anything, I'd like to see it's alpha increased.

It has about the same dpm as the obj 292, which has 900mm pen.

477 autocannon is much worse, it’s similar to bmp-2 autocannon
