The data grows, it's 125,000 matches now, more and more tanks have useable amounts of data I'm confident in to be representative that its the average super uni performance.
Here are the previous parts.

Today i will suggest some things for medium tanks, some based in the performance and characteristics of the tanks and others are based on just on popularity, as i believe when super unis don't play a specific tank a lot there is something wrong with it.
Medium offer wide range of playstyle and come in any flavor, fast and punchy, slow and chonky. It is very difficult to balance them perfectly yet easy to over or under tune certain aspects.
First things first: With 6.0 the camo net got changed and resulted in a massive buff for mediums when they play against heavy tanks. Nothing has been adjusted to compensate that. The camo net in combination with the improved optics is the single best choice for 99.9% of mediums and playstyles.
My Suggestion: Give Camo net a 3-5 second timer before it becomes active. I suggested the same in one of the other threads.
Tanks - The easy one first.
STB-1:
Performance is in the middle of the pack yet it's not very fun to play due to the "Siege Mode Mechanic". The are two things wrong with it. Auto Siege mode and the trailing sluggish feeling reticle.
Suggestion:
1: Give an option to overwrite the Automatic siege mode. Either globally in the options or some how in the match itself.
2: Fix the sluggish reticle. ( For every siege mode tank where possible),
The Murat: It can do everything, Spot, flank, burst dmg, and even bound a quarter of shots it encounters. Compared to the BC25t, the high amount average spotted tanks suggest that people feel very confident early on in the game. The turret armor is forgiving and the shorter clip reload make the gun more usable.
Suggestion:
1: make the whole gun mantles assembly more clear as in how it works and what panel takes damage and make it a bit weaker.
2: 10m less view range
BC25t: A classic that hurt many feelings in the 4.6 patch. Fundamentally nothing if wrong with it, but could use a bit of help to keep up with CS and Leopard 1.
Suggestion:
1: Revert 4.6 reload nerf
Leopard and CS63: Both have received some changes lately and more time is need for me to evaluate. Leopard might appear stronger than it is just because it got buffed a lot. CS appears to be a solid tank that doesn't need any changes.
M60: cant keep up with the Leopard, huge profile and huge cupola and worse camo in combination with worse mobility makes playing terrain features difficult.
Suggestion:
1: 5 km/h more top speed.
2: 10 meter better camo value for moving and stationary
The Chisel: went from peoples favorite and stronger than strong to meh and the worst performer on that list.
Suggestion:
1: Add 10% of DPM
2: Transfer the penetration changes from the Chieftain MK6 to the Chisel
Fv4003 AVRE: Things may get emotional. Technically its one the lower end of the food chain and it may be explained by low mobility and a type of shell that doesn't scale with skill. I'm very sure that the order would be different if i would have made spreadsheet containing the lower skill players only. even though its technically not performing good playing against it is very toxic. The plow and and hydraulic structures have multiple multi layer parts making it awkward to shoot at it. There are two things that can happen.
First Suggestion:
1: Remove the hydraulic structures from the armor model similar to the Räumpanzer M48
2: Lower the shell velocity to 380/350m/s
3: Lower alpha DMG by 25% but keep DPM.
