#bigger maps for cold war era 2 or 3

In the current meta of cw bigger maps would help eliminate the current issues of tanks being way to fast and fast matches, so there's a nice solution we could accomplish while maps get developed.

For the next year or so while maps are being built you could slow down cw tanks in era 2 (only some of them) and era 3 (the main issue) to make the game a much better playing experience and once you release some bigger maps you could speed things up. These maps would be used for mainly era 3 as that's where alot of the issues of fast tanks are but could also be used in era 2

I know there will be some whiners saying don't change cw because they want to have everything be as fast and accurate but ultimately that's what is hurting the game alongside the extremely powerful premiums being released

It doesn't take much searching on the Net to see a difference between Max on road speed verses Max off road speed for all CW tanks. Let alone what off road speed firing on the move is practical.

Example from the real world "Fire-control system of the T-90 showed the following features of combat shooting during state testing. Heavily armoured targets at ranges of up to 5 km were hit by tank T-90 on the move (up to 30 km/h) with a high probability of hit with the first shot. During state testing made 24 launches of missiles at ranges of 4–5 km and they all hit the target (all missile launches were made by inexperienced professionals). An experienced gunner at speeds of 25 km/h hit 7 real armoured targets located at ranges of 1,500–2,500 m and 54sec."

I would just get rid of the traction and powertrain equipment in CW. or remove their speed boosts. Currently MBT's end up going too fast.

The game devolves into a yolo wolfpack. That gets boring. Every match is the same. Every tank is yolo-wolfpack. Although some are wolfpack-yolo.

I'd only release those maps for era 2 and 3 since that's where everything is super speed

Era 1 with the current speed could possibly sustain them since the tanks in wt are slower and it works
