My sentiments haven't changed if it was to recieve a buff it should be meaningful 4m dispersion is still terrible and makes 0 difference overall sure maybe your rng cannon hits 1 out of 10 instead of 1 out of 12 now but it still wasn't even worth pulling the trigger at those odds even with a great commander you probably get barely below 3m dispersion at 100m which is dreadful the problem only gets bigger the further out a target is.

Wargaming never intended to let it run n gun so it would need a much bigger buff to enable any semblance of it.
as for a bit of help aiming when you turn the hull you would find 4m doesn't help this at all your gunner is still essentially drunk any time the tank moves only thing you can do is stop and let him sober up he wont miss then.

If wargaming approved your proposed buff it would fall into a category i like to call a "nothing" buff it seems like its doing something but thats it. Nothing actually changes in regards to the tanks performance all those 0.1 buffs wargaming is so proud of also fall into this category it looks good they balanced x amount of vehicles and shuts the masses up but overall it didnt do anything.

You should probably get better with your buffs, Sir. I would do better than that and use a bit more insight on the tank than that. It looks like to me, that you just took a shot in the dark without consulting with the OG PC stats, am I correct ? If was going to bother with 2 threads and propose stats, then I would AT LEAST drop the accuracy to the PC's OG 0.32, or even better with 0.30 like the Skorpion, and drop the aim time to 2.1 or less with and ask for improved "hidden stats" as well as soft stats. Remember me telling about the hidden stat factor ? It has too much bloom during turret rotation and it takes too long for it's gun to start aiming in at the moment of stopping movement - so its aim time stat can even start taking effect. But yes, it needs better dispersion on the move too. @pontiacpat If you're even still around can you explain to this fellow the difference between hidden and soft stats ??
