Just because try hards are pushing up winrate doesn't mean it's that good over everything else. It's only used in comp for speed mode nothing else really. Then batchat takes its place on most maps, does that mean bat is op? No.
Bat more than likely needs a small buff in my opinion. In all honesty the Leo 1 is fine, could it get a 420 alpha buff and make it more unique than other meds and not make it op? Yeah, could it get a 330 prem apcr with 1700 shel velocity and not be op? Yeah.
