I wouldn't complain about the buff to terrain resistances. Just get to top speed and into positions a little bit quicker.
Since it is pretty stealthy, with the same dpm, I would rather keep the higher rof and 390 alpha.

A hand full of meds could use a terrain resistance buff tbh.

It does have very good dpm
its at the lower end with 2691 base dpm, the difference isnt that much to other tier 10 meds like the AX, Patton or CS 63, but its dpm isnt "very good".

not quite, its a slug to get going and a slug up hill, power train on leo.

Not really. Its quick and my tier 10 gets to about 65 unaided. It gets great power, it also weighs about 50ton. Yes you can ram with leopards. Its traverse is amazing, so buff its power with power train. Iv tried traction but it tugs gun to much
in CW i put power train on all my leopards except both A5s

oh it does, but you really dont want to buff the traverse. It pulls gull too much and leopards have bad despersion. Best in class traverse likely.
try, net rammer stabs on A5. It doesnt quite need speed buff, the others do. And the era 3 A4 screams triple speed

Im comparing it to the m60 iron Arnie which has better dpm and better pen
The M60 has better terrain resistance similar gameplay and camo. The view range on the m60 is 10mm view range higher.

The Leopard isn't even that much slower
It goes 67-68(?) now, which is only a little bit slower than the CS's 70, and the Leopard doesn't have to switch modes to get that 70

He was talking about keeping the dpm the same but increasing alpha to 420. Did you read the OP? With the same dpm, I would prefer the faster rof. Not sure what you are trying to argue with, tbh.

well on all leopards the hull traverses faster than the turret. and yes, your making longer shots in CW. just 2 marked mine today, every small twitch of the hull pulls gun to full aim time. and on a leopard there is no such thing as a small twitch of the hull - dont help it do this more

It's takes 25 seconds to reach its top speed while the batchat takes about 10 seconds to reach it's top speed
