#Painful to play heavy tanks

It is just me or is it very painful to play heavy tanks currently?
There are at least 7-9 TDs in every game which will sit in their snipping spots. You can’t detect them and they will penetrate your armor no matter where they shoot at.
They create a valley of death between them and the TDs of the other team.

Then you have the medium tanks which need to aim but will not have any struggle to penetrate your armor. Due to their camouflage bonus they will outspot you by a far distance.

At next you have the light tanks which are also hard to detect and will shoot you in the side.

And for the last part your have the artillery. I don’t have to mention that… They love slow heavys .

As a heavy on the other side you are constantly detected when you want to be part of the battle. And because you are constantly detected you are the main target of everything. This would be Ok if the armor would work but it doesn’t. Is doesn’t stand a chance against TDs, mediums and artillery.

The class heavy tanks should also have some bonus which balances the disadvantage of constantly being detected and constantly being shot at.

And no, the small HP advantage which they have does not help if the tanks on the opposite side deal 900-1100 damage.

It's either that or more tds or we go back to 3 arty per game. Its a trade of but at least we're not getting killed from the sky.

I think its more on use of your own armr. Your positioning, cover and armr sloping/ thickness all have to be accounted for.

This is a topic that is really worth discussing with the developers in a live broadcast, but from the looks of it, this will never happen. "There are a lot of cosmetics to be offered for us to decorate our garage. Sarcasm.'

The current run of Contracts have contributed to the increase of TD's and Lights. It should change when the Contracts drop their use. Should 🤞🤞
