Not sure who designed this map and what was a purpose of it, can you guys (WG) limit this to Cold War ony?
For a start:
On WW II we use parks (no true vision), so in 90% of the map, if I'm really good camouflage TD ie. rhm.-borsig, I'm still being easy detested by the target that is next to me due to extremely limited open terrain, and close distance objects.
If you play TD with limited turret rotation you have no chance; once: you are always detected, two, there is thousands of obstacles on the ground you have to drive around and can't get position, like a stairs, some sort of curves etc...
Generally as a player you drive to find out you are surrounded by enemy in the last moment or you camp and being serenaded. There is no option of holding a flank for face to face fight or keep enemy from a distance. Not mention tunnels etc. They looks great but not for this game..... This would be ok for Cold war, you yooolo in lights so you can chased each other but it is a pain to play WW II tanks. Imagine stay as a last LT VS HT 😅 this would be perfect for LT disaster for HT, TD, Arty, even a slow MT. This in not balance map at all...

As a mostly TD player I disagree. The map has long LoS on the beach, up on the cliffs just outside the city, and from each spawn. There are other more neutral locations both teams can use to stay concealed but they are usually only available after winning the flank. This is one of the few maps where I enjoy all of my classes on, Heavies have consistent cover, mediums can adapt well with the varying ranges, and LTs once again have good ways to break LoS if you want to play aggressive.
by that logic then other small maps like ghost town and himmels dorf should also be removed lmao

I have to agree regarding HT,👍 very good point, maybe limited tanks grading would help for this map? If you get 5 TD in the game this is hard. Just to clarify, I had few good games on beach side wih TD but it requires one or two tanks that yoolo and your game is done, on open map LT can't yoolo like that, due to open spaces and being open to enemy fire, on Azure they just get behind the corner and they are gone, and you are dead, as you would be on the open spaces to get a shot on the enemy o
That hopefully also is on the open space (if that make sense)
I see no issue with this map regardless of what I play. Map seems to have a little of everything for every tank type. Im going to have to disagree with OP on this one.
Yes, it do have a bit of everything but it is way too much of everything and too big.
To me it’s trying to be all things not exceeding at any one thing …it’s an ok map certainly better than some
Vineyards is the best community map …that is a fantastic map for all classes
I wish they had map bans like on PC that would be awesome
IMO, the worst part about this map is all the unbreakable walls in the center. I probably just need to familiarize myself more with the map, but every time I’ve gone to the center, I get stuck in a corridor that takes me in a direction I don’t want to go.
