#UDES 03 to Strv 103-0. Is it worth it?

I've been liking the UDES 03 since I finally worked out how I can make it work for me.
Shoot-and-scoot using the mobility and camo gives me some satisfactory results, though it does get retired early if caught out in the open.
Is this T8 the sweet spot of the Swedish TD line or does going to the Strv 103-0 make sense?
From what I can work out, the Strv is slower, worse gun depression/elevation and worse camo factor.
Yes, it gets better pen on the gun upgrade but still does the same damage.
Siege mode switching and aim time are slightly better on the Strv, but enough to make a difference?

You might want to check the wot console Reddit. I seem to recall discussions there that tier 8 or 10 is the place to be with that line.

I think the Tier 8 is the best. Its mobility is really helpful. 9, 10 get horrendous camo when you fire. If you dont have at least two layers of foliage in front of you prepare to be spotted much further away than what feels is acceptable, and then your inability to escape means your soon back to the garage. They do have laser gun accuracy. So once you master how to fire undetected, you can deal lots of damage, but skill cap is extraordinarily high

I love the T8-10. The T9 was a little worse as I tended to get HEAT spammed in it but the T8 is a lot of fun and the T10 is hilarious to see people panic when their HEAT fails to pen. As for the T9, I still find it to be pretty enjoyable as it has so much pen and accuracy that you are able to go through superheavies and hit weakness reliably

It’s still extremely stealthy, yes it’s slower but not slow and the depression and elevation angles don’t mean much for its playstyle, it also has armor against all 120 and under mm guns

all of em arent really good tds, is it worth it? the whole line isnt worth the grind, because matches are fast and big alpha is meta. i rather have a fv4005, 268v5 or any other big alpha td in my team!

The T10 is still really good in my opinion because while it may not hit as hard as other TD’s, it has the best DPM of all my 10’s with over 4k with my current setup. I can’t check exact numbers though as I ain’t home now. I also just love the pen as I can front pen things like the Maus no problem with standard

Id stick with udes, tier 8's are more enjoyable so at least u wont find avre or death stars or 4005's or sturmtigers or sheridans going around
