#"Balance" Chinese Lines in Cold War

Are there any long term plans to balance the Chinese line in Cold War? There's 1 in 15+ tanks competitive in the tech tree (T-90 II) and one exceptional premium. I'm sure that only seasoned players even attempt this line, which might be skewing the win rate, but from general observation, I might see a tech tree tank in less than 10% of my games. Might mean something.

The lights are terrible outright but even worse when you consider the peers at ERA 2. The 63-1 at ERA 1 is effective but suffers the same "peer-creep" the 2's do. Huge size, mediocre accuracy, mediocre speed, zero gun depression, and poor gun dispersion on the move make you really wonder how you're even supposed to play them.

Recommendations:

Lights:
-Give some tanks best in class penetration and accuracy to offset poor gun depression / other issues.

Mediums:
-Improved armor and a gun depression buff.

Heavies:
-A simple dispersion and accuracy buff for tanks that aren't the T-90 II.

Having now played through all of the lines in Cold War, I can definitively say that the Chinese lines were by far the most painful and I struggled greatly to find enjoyment in the grind. But maybe that's the point; this line must be a cash cow due to people skipping the line with free XP / gold.

They are bad, I kinda stopped at the Type 85 IIM and 3 marked it. The grind if not free exp it is horrible you gotta unlock basically the same gun again.

It seems like I remember another balance pass for Cold War being mentioned on one of the Streams within the last couple months.

I always have hope.

Gun depression was the only thing that made the era 1s tough. Good tanks mostly, just 10x worst than centurian.
