#Tier MM

You must be new here. Two things that the community constantly asks for and WG will never do, -1/+1 and nerf Avre, and the reason is simple, money. The more difficult your journey to get to the TT the more likely you are to pay to skip the line. As for Avre, I don't even need to say anything, the posts already answer for themselves.
Im not New im here last 10 yrs but ín feeling some reason the game is been bad last 2 day I grinding the vz from tier 5 im at t8 and constantly playing tier x
So friend, I've been playing the Wot console for 9 years and I can tell you it was once good, today it's playable, however, it's unfair.
WG will never appreciate how many potential new players they have lost due to +2/-2.
Why they keep deleting the msges from the chat
I posted this in the general chat... Also on Twitter. The problem is the sweats love +/-2 & fight+/-1 hard ever since the 1st event they throw-up red flag issues that aren't in any way real. With BOTs at every tier+/-2 now makes even less sense than before 👍
I mean tbh why would they Care some1 anyway Will buy their tanks, premium times, gold, bundles, etc
They dönt have enough ppl to do such a things like that cuz too busy makinNew tanks ig
Alsó idk why need boots back when. We had 8v8
And etx
Also tbh the biggest problem is not the MM now im thinking about IT its the players cuz if they do what they need to do I can get some dmg here and there even tier x 2 but the Way maus, type 5,áll the big tier x staying back and doing nothing thats where the game is rigged and also áll the Time bots ön my side
This is both logical and stupid. frustration can push you to spend on exp but also to stop spending or leave a game more simply matchmaking+2 probably reduces the sale of lower tier premium tanks.
If WG even cared a little at how the player’s perceptions about the game it could be a better game. But, alas, they seem to go their own way ignoring the pleas of their most fervent players. One example of their tone deafness is having the Chrysler HMH as a prize, and barely a month later they make it the earned tank in Season 22 after having to play 100 stages. Oh, yes they will pay you in silver for it, or they could have selected one of another dozen tanks that would have been better. OMG…..what am I thinking 😱
They're going to come out with the stupid BS excuse of "nO oNe lIkEd iT" which is idiotic af because EVERYONE that I came across with mics & msgs loved -1/+1.
They can KEEP more players & make even more M O N E Y if they just do this.. you hear that WG, More M O N E Y since you'll be able to actually keep your players just by doing 1 easy step!
No, they would not earn any more money. Good/experienced players don't need to spend money in this game. Unless WG also puts experienced players in a worse position e.g. through -2 MM. Then even experienced&medium players will start to play completely with prammo and gold and buy better premium tanks. To believe that a multi-million company leaves such things to random chance and to believe that WG doesn't know how to increase their profit is absurd and naive... 😉
I think platoon tier matchmaking is dumb too requiring the same tier like for example everyone in platoon needs a tier 9 just to launch a tier 8-10 game why the same tier tank ?
when the match is 8-10 anyway their matchmaking makes no sense
What are you talking about? A ton of people hate the MM, the amount of times I've seen people leaving the game over the years of playing due to how bad the MM is says a lot. People would rather put money on something that works than something that doesn't. Yea they make some money but they could be making way more if they fix their core issues. The amount of people that have left could still be here spending their money if the game was more payable.. no one is going to spend money on something that us broken. To believe that a ton of people would spend money over & over again just for the same negative results IS absurd & naive. They need to do better, that's why they had to add BOTs into the game to compensate for wait time due to people leaving the game.
You are funny! Honestly.
At some point you too will understand that WG is a company that aims to maximise financial gain (like many others). The maths is very simple:
- Experienced players spend significantly less money (is simply not necessary for them, or have done so in the past)
- New players (especially very young ones) spend significantly more money.
The target group is therefore very clear and the game is designed accordingly. And the financial professionals at WG will certainly not listen to a few hundred dissatisfied players in the chat. They already have their concrete statistics and probabilities about the best ways to maximize the profits. Just believe it: Their decisions are NOT random, they pursue concrete goals!
It's not about what you or I like or what sounds romantic, it's about whether the investors get their money back with the maximum possible return.
So stop whinging and accept this customer-service provider relationship for what it is: a business. Have a nice new year!
Customer - Service provider aside, I really wonder how many new players will stick it out under the current conditions. Maybe it’s just me, but I won’t spend my real money on the prices we see in this game. For that matter, I haven’t spent a nickel on this game since 2017. Do you believe that this game, as it is can sustain that type of customer relationship? The introduction of bots to fill in says to me it isn’t.
In my opinion, the biggest mistake of WG was the introduction of CW (much easier, much faster, more action) PARALLEL to WWII to appeal to the very young players. They wanted to make WWII unattractive and believed it would die out on its own. In the medium term, only one mode will survive and WG should decide in favour of one of the two as soon as possible in order to be able to bundle developer capacities and make the game better and reduce the bots. And on the subject of costs in the WG shop: I don't know the figures, but I do know that if nobody will pay for the stuff in a shop, the prices goes down significantly. Don't underestimate the amount of money available to children these days.
All I'm gunna say is that +2mm is why I don't typically go for tier 8 premiums
I agree that the introduction of alternate game modes served to negatively impact each one. When they introduced War Stories, I tried it, but after 4 games, I knew it was not why I played this game, so I went back to WWII. And, I will admit that I haven’t tried CW, but I have enough trouble dying while spotted in WWII, but if I left it would negatively impact WWII. True, by only 1 person, but it doesn’t guarantee that a new player would replace me on the WWII side.
What about any of that is even remot funny?? Yea, I've always gotten it, they are an obvious company & their goal is to obviously make as much money as possible.. it's not roc science, but what I'm saying is that if they want to maximize their earnings which is what they obviously do, then they can be doing that better by not driving people away, that includes the new players both young & old.
To say that experienced players spend less money isn't entirely true, there are a lot of experienced players that like the game & like to own new premium tanks, commanders, or whatever, then there are those that are experienced & don't care about owning the next new premium tank.
As for the new players, not every one of them are going to want to spend money after being frustrated over & over again with BS from the game, then there are those that don't care & do prefer to spend money to avoid all that. It's not the same situation for all of them.
I've seen more people leave the game that are newer as well as experienced players that have had enough & quit for good.
Also no one ever said it's about what I liked or what the new player like or what anyone else liked, it's obviously what WG likes.. & also no one is "whinging" anything, but to think that they are making more money with broken & frustrating issues in the game rather than a good & proper working one is not accurate. It's like when anyone goes out to a restaurant, if the place messes up your order & they constantly do that way too many times do you really think that everyone will actually come back & stay?? No, probably 90% of people will leave & not come back.. yea they might bring in some new customers but will they actually stay with the same BS going on, probably not so they will end up making less profit than that if they were able to just do better. Same thing happens with games, a lot more players rather not deal with the same constant BS & play something else.
Both video game compani & restaurant companies will benefit by keeping old AND bringing in & keeping new customers.
Have a nice new year too!
facts
I would really like to agree with you, but my experience tells me that whenever some outsiders think they know better how a multi-million dollar company could make even more profit, they are wrong because they lack information. Just a little insight that WG certainly doesn't need any help to be financially successful:
Even if the game doesn't leave that impression on us from time to time: WG employs professionals(meaning upper management, maybe not always the software department 😉 ) who know what they are doing and have a clear agenda! To be clear, I would also much rather have a tactical TEAM game with TEAM communication and a high learning factor in which I can develop further. I really hope and wish you are right and WG will listen to you and change the game and MM! But do I believe that?
Sadly team communication is impossible in games these days... Just play Rust, Sea of Thieves, Aliens Fire team, generation zero, Red Dead Online, Insurgency or any other MP game today to see why... Foul mouthed racist trolls, sweats who have no concept of self control, people who turn everything into politics & so much more... Heck just look at use of the in-game commands & you can see why comms & tactical team play are dead in MP games.
