The Enigma does seem to need a Gun Stabilizer and the Gun handling skills. But with those it will do fine.
But you never hit ANY of the shots you don't take.
Yesterday I had a match in my tier 8 where three tier 10 tanks only shot once and had zero damage.
Give me someone who shoots their gun any match, any day of the week.
