Not sure how you think an increase of 4 pen is going to make any difference over 400m?. Btw, both of these 2 have some of the highest standard pen of any tier X heavies. If aiming for weak spots, there would only be a handful of tanks you need to swap to premium for anyway, even over distance.

Not until the kranvagn, is7, andre, AMX M4 mle. 54, amx 30b, leman russ, maus, e100 with maus gun, pz7, etc etc etc all get a pen buff the valour being one of the most op tanks as is does not need a pen buff when others have had much less for much longer

Impenetrable turret great gun and mobility better alpha than all the tech tree british heavys aswell but it pays for that one in dpm so is a moot point
