Question 1: how come WZ-111 only one eastern alliance heavy tank in era1, has 390alpha dmg on 122mm gun, while 105mm of t95e3 which is medium has BETTER rof, accuracy, penetration, shell velocity??? And at the same time western alliance heavy tanks t34, m103a1 have 120mm guns with 450alpha dmg.
Let me repeat:
This is your logic and mathematics>

105mm= 390alpha
120mm=450alpha
122mm=390 alpha
And just for fun let s put here fan favourite FV4005 gun
183mm=1150alpha

It almost seems like bigger caliber means higher aplha, just not for WZ, huh

Question 2: why does premium t-72 ural has 2350hp which is LESS than EVERY premium heavy tank of era2, LESS than EVERY premium medium tank of era2 and LESS than 33% of premium light tanks of era 2???

Because it was a free premium tank given out in a bundle, and you cant have those being any kind of good.

The other is because it's the worst T-72
Being the worst = bad hp pool

Question 1: Alpha is largely arbitrary in WoT as a whole, and they simply decided to reuse the 390 alpha from the tier VIII WWII 122mm guns. It came out before the Western 120s, and I suppose there's no real problem with how it is currently.

As for the Ural, to my knowledge it's the only Era 2 Tier 1 premium. The rest are at least tier 2

That s cool but i want devs to answer. I strongly disagree ofc. And if they want find inspiration in ww2, maybe they should check ww2 122mm d-25ts on WZ-111 1-4 which got 6.61 rof, 0.39acc, 217pen, which might be better than one we have on CW WZ-111 122mm d25ta with 6.06rof, 0.42acc, 248pen.
Or even last gun of ww2 WZ-111 1-4 130mm-> 490 alpha, 244 pen, 0.39acc, 5.24 rof.
What it seems to me it s just made up modules and tank configurations.
