plus it's has 40mm of roof armor which can be pen by 122mm, guns

Ngl I think the vipera needs a little mobility buff. Just like an extra 50-70hp in the engine to help it accelerate

Yeah, I can see that tank being over powered at top tier as it’s effective armor is around 250 on that 210mm front plate. That tiny 20mm lower plate seems easy to overmatch (not sure about low tiers) and 122mm+ caliber guns can overmatch the 40mm roof. I never battled one before but I heard it’s slow, turret traverse is limited, and those hull cheeks (145mm) might be easy to pen if someone over angles the armor.
