Rewards for this season seem a little... underwhelming. Hydro and Bellophon, meh. And a DPM-less Italian T10, given that tier has been changed by the AVRE and not a nice place to spend much time. Nothing for cold war, aside from the ultimate. A big huh, bleh and meh.

Return of the old map is a welcome change. Need to just tweak it. Make both player columns the full length of the map. Not only is it more astecially pleasing, it will show the players name better.

Store revamp: The country list is a nice change. However the tile alignment makes it look quite busy and a bit messy. Review the store setup in WOWSL. A few tweaks and the new store will look great.

the new map/player list layout give far too much space to the tank name.. personally i would rather the tank names scroll instead of player names..

the new setup makes it difficult to see player names.. let alone if they are in a clan and have a long gamertag..

having to mannually hover over each player to be able to see name is a bad design

The store redesign was worth less, it was honestly better before, i guess I'm glad the player list and the map are conjoined again, i don't really care about the Italian TDs, I'm glad to have an old map back, and that's about it

You know, I'm actually quite satisfied with this season pass. A hot new commander, a pz 4, belerophon. These are very welcome and not too overwhelming for the community as far as money spending goes. I cant say I care for the UI changes in the store but I suppose I can look past that. Nice work this time

Also, given the Bellerophon is a Halloween earnable tank, why didn’t they give the Centurion 5/1 away in this session instead? Doesn’t bother me, as I have both already, but probably would have been more appealing.

Earn XP is back to 4,000 per point (precious high was 4,500), Weekly is 7 , previously it was 9. I've already done the dailys so I don't know what they are

The map/player list is worst compared to the previous one. I like how it’s back to a single page (like pre 6.0) but It’s over designed and the new font makes it hard to read. Just keep it simple like the map/player list pre 6.0. The design of the new store is a bit clustered on some of the pages. With that being said I would like to see the return of military 2D commanders and an option to hide 3D commanders for the podium screen. Not a fan of the gladiator theme. Just doesn’t fit the theme for WOT but it’s not a big deal we’ve seen worst. E-100 skin looks neat though. So 👍 for that! Edit: your DLC page don’t work -_-

People complaining cold war don't understand how to be patient and wait. Ww 2 hasn't had a new tech tree line since czech tanks so it's been almost a year. With all internal changes at wargaming went through(lead designers etc leaving) many projects got delayed.We went through 3 seasons without new tech trees for ww 2 and cw

I am a fan of most all the content that war gaming puts out for WoT and have been playing console for 9 years. Personally I’ve never been a fan of themes that don’t fit with within the genera of the period that WoT is set in, such as undead commanders and other similar themes. For me that takes away from the draw of the game and cheapens the brand. I was disappointed to say the least to see the new 3d female commander and how she was rendered. Saying that her look portrays strong females is a insult to my intelligence. This is obviously sex as a sales tactic to generate revenue. Please don’t cheapen the game and the experience playing it with stuff like this War Gaming. It’s a bad look.

There are females players here you know? Saying the new commander is a sexual tactic is literally sexualizing it in itself...

On the centauro the first shell in is the fastest loaded the other shells reload progressively longer think of it as a reverse autoloader your dpm gets better the deeper you go into the clip it let's you store up damage on downtime between shots reducing your reload to 4s instead of 10s for each shot you have saved up that's a 3s better reload (intraclip) than the single shot gun in a burst damage format

i think the combination map player list doesnt need to be bold and all caps.. this also makes it hard to read.. considering tanks you can see in the field it is the complete opposite

Yes add Bells & Whistle we don’t need and didn’t ask for. Fix the game MM. Everyday I login a tier 8 and 90% of the time it’s a 10 match ffs! This Combo Match display is more difficult to read not Easier! Change it back to the original.

the combination of colour / brightness / font / character spacing / boldness / table grid line / background opaqueness …..on the map screen is really harsh on the eyes, I have decent eyesight but is really hard to read at a glance

Combined map view is nice, no more need to go back-and-front to get awareness of the teams.! The fonts thou - something wrong with colored fonts as they look a bit blurred.

Public Service Announcement! Don’t buy the top season pass, it worth it. The AMX 30b FORAD is disappointing as compared to its WW2 cousin. The shell velocity of the standard shell is terrible on the large CW maps. Plus it a HEAT round. Too much spaced armor in Era2. Please swap the standard shell with the premium.

Vehicle can be real, but i doubt that in real combat it goes zig zag through battlefield and then shoots tow from few feet away.
It s absurd. And it s not just wiesel it s other vehicles too and some of them originate in cartoons.

I played WoT on PC a lot a few years ago. After the first graphic revamp, it was OK on a weaker than PS5 PC. I agree that it should just port that version to this gen, but WoWs isn't any better. Since launch - which I also played on PC since first day - graphics were already better than console version - just look at the water differences. I stand by my original argument - HBAO is just as good - IF DONE RIGHT ( look Witcher 3 PS4 HBAO vs Witcher 3 PS5 RT comparisons ) as RT for console, especially as you are really not gaining that much, but lose immensely from 60 FPS to 30 FPS. Some games might run ok, but I think WoT or WoWs don't.

Do a test for yourself: install WoWs and run a game at 4k textures with RT on - that is what WoT will be like.

Just a quick question, why can you earn a lot more xp and silver via cold War than ww2? I play a lot of cold War as it's easier (as no artillery) plus you earn a lot more then I go to ww2 to mess around as the tanks are more interesting, I use the xp and silver from cold War on ww2 tanks.

Combined overview map - good it's in 1 place but it's hard to read because everything in bold. Perhaps make tank names in bold but player names in regular font?
Why aren't elite vehicles marked with elite icon? Only premiums seem to have it

Store redesign - meh, I think it's a slight improvement but to be honest, it couldn't get any worse anyway

Other season rewards a the Gladiators theme - I dislike any theme that's not related to WW2 or CW, so all the spider-tanks, pink camos, lucky trolls / zombie / cookie commanders, emoji stickers etc. is just lame and ruins the immersion for me. Why "gladiators"? What do they have to do with tanks except an excuse to introduce a half-naked booby simp commander?

Finally - the season did not introduce an Avre nerf so that's the biggest disappointment

EDIT: just noticed a f%cking ad on the tank list in the garage - are you out of your minds? This ridiculously awful and I refuse to play the game until it's gone.

When you have played this game 9 years and know how fun it can be, it's easy to see the bad things happening to the game.

Lots of changes recently have been for the better but that is mostly since they are old stuff coming back again.

Some changes lately have really ruined the gaming experience.

Saved me 4k gold by having a cold war tank on the ultimate pass, so thanks for that. Cost me a bunch of silver by not including a cold war tank on the normal battle pass for me to insta sell though.

To be truly honest about that season, desconsidering the whole bad decisions before it:

I liked the prizes of this season, PZ IV Hydro is a great tank for seal clubbing, with 580 health and preferential tier (correct me if I'm wrong, if not preferential, its just meh)

M48A2, considering that its a tier 8, is a nice prize for the 75th stage, but I saw better ones

Not got centauro yet, but great job nerfing it to oblivion and destruction, you made it unplayable, as this game is rn

The whole prizes in general are good, could go for 6k gold with no problem, but good luck for F2P players that not have season pass, for them, just garbage as always, cuz Wargaming

Nice golden week event, had 2 prizes of 5k silver, worth nothing, or 2 matches seal clubbing ppl

Warhammer 40k.. copy and paste tanks with slightly difference between them, you can't trick a kid with those things, its ugly and shameful, lazy, at best. I just hope that those tanks are not broken like Tarans, AVREs and Wiesels

Speaking about them, NERF those GARBages, tier x is annoying to play, those are the same thing then running with Hetzer and Marder 38t, but tier x and with turrets

Centauro 45t auto-reloader is not competitive. The single shot gun has a 7 second reload vs 4s intra-clip on the auto-reloader? I’m surprised it’s so long. The Rhino has the same issue where it can’t empty its clip fast enough to defend itself

This warhammer 'feature' seems a bit convoluted and confusing. I looked on website ( as in game no good info) and all i really got was you can earn discounts on premium tanks, that seem quite expensive BTW. They will probably be endlessly moaned about forever as well. It all just seems a bit to complex.

^Elaborate? Why do I have to elaborate something that a ton of people have been p*ssed off with & complaining about for the longest time? You seriously can't be that clueless.
The game has had a horrible thing with missed shots that should have NEVER been missed, ghost shots, & bs bouncing ricochet shots from light tanks & etc. where weak armor has been hit... I'm more than sure you've seen this before.
Instead of worrying about the next stupid cosmetics they need to fix the mechanics of the game, not push some fantasy tank that has nothing to do with WWII or Cold War.
Fix the mechanics of the game THEN bring out the other stuff.

Let's not forgot about the constant losing streaks that we get over & over again.. you could be the best player in your team & that Still won't do anything after playing 40 games & losing 33 of them & only winning 7... it's ridiculous.

Let’s see, +1 -1 should absolutely be a thing, I’ve been playing with my friends who just recently started the game about just a month ago, so they’re very new. I’m a 6 year player and I’ve been saying that +2 -2 is just unfair for people in the lower tier brackets (in WW2). I’ve been saying it for years, be it not in the discord, but just as a general complaint. My friends biggest complaint as new players are the broken premium tanks (which will never change so I’m not even going to bother trying to make this a point, so don’t even listen to the premium argument because it isn’t gonna go anywhere) and the matchmaking. They absolutely hate the matchmaking. I’d imagine, as a new player how difficult it is to deal with constantly being double up-tiered, and not knowing weak spots, and other factors. It must be extremely disheartening or just flat out frustrating. There is no reason a tier 5 or tier 6 should need to deal with anything two tiers above, especially with the lack of their crew skills, and general experience. It will usually end poorly for most people who are two tiers below, resulting in a lot of wasted time. The matchmaking is WoTs biggest issue. It causes a ton of frustration, even as an experienced player. However, in Cold War, +2 -2 needs to stay, it is pretty much a non existent issue over there because it’s generally more balanced.

If you would have read what I said previously I explained some of the things, I didn't go into detail because it is extremely obvious what's been going on with the game & I don't feel like diving in complete details, unless if you are a newt player which I still doubt that you or anyone for that matter couldn't see that after playing for a little bit of time that the game is a complete & utter mess. It isn't rocket science. Playing this game for not even a few hours, you can tell that it seriously need work done, & not have more stupid Premium sales or worry about which next op you'll have out to grindfor a tank with time consuming objectives. They desperately need to fix the core issues but don't, instead they worry about other stupid things that don't really matter at all.

I disagree with this view point and logic. First to back in the day reason statement. "Back in the day" WG had less tanks of all types and Tiers. In 2023 this is no longer the case and this point is no longer relevant at all. Xp bonus. Again in 2023 with the large number of Premium tanks that earn bonus XP every game, if you are not grinding a TT this small bonus is not important especially when you add XP boosters for both crews and tanks (let alone the huge XP returns playing CW). Challenge, being one of the typical bottom 3 tanks at Tier 6 and above means getting targeted by all the higher Tier tanks, all the time. Thier is no challenge in trying to stay alive for 7 out of 10 battles. In 2023 with the current player base most -2 players either Yolo and /or Camp as being challenged is not seen as a positive/ important aspect of the game. Needs to get good. People seem to forget that every player, in every game, has a ceiling of how 'good' they can get in a game. Just saying improve wont do anything especially if you have reached your top skill ceiling. I hope that all players in this game try to improve their game. As Clint Eastwood once said "mans gotta know his limitations". If everything was fine there would be no posts for years about -2MM. But week after week, month after month, year after year, new and vetern players keep enquiring about -2 MM and that ask if something be done. I meant no offense with my comments with players who agree with the post above, I wish all good luck in completing the season.
