Let's imagine a perfectly balanced tank where 10% more skill result in 10% better results
well the Taran is different 10% more skill result in 20% better results.
there are tanks where this is the other way around 10% less skill does not result in 10% worse results. Italian heavies are part of that group.

The Fv4005 would also do better with tarans cammo values😅. if it would not have those it wouldnt be as broken as it is.

You can make the taran have better concealment but standard it's terrible and I always get spotted in it, even at the back of the map
Some tanks don't need nerfs, every tank in the game at some point will need a nerf if you keep nerfing all the tanks
