I purchased the retro gaming mallet cover and it won’t show up in my bag

On my end I see the item in your inventory as I would expect. Are you saying that even when you go to change the mallet putter head cover inside of your bag it isn't showing there? Could you potentially grab me a screen shot of that screen?

Absolutely, I’m at work now but this afternoon I’ll gladly show you. Yeah it just shows the default black golf plus head cover. I would expect to see the purchased item below that but it only gives me the option of no cover.

Ah, I see the problem here. You have a center shafted putter equipped. Center shafted clubs have their own category of head cover. It doesn't look like we have the retro gaming mallet available as a center shafted version so I went ahead and refunded this purchase for you
