I do see that you have a verified account created back in 2023. If you aren't receiving the email the easiest course of action is to just clear out that web account and let you create a new one with fresh credentials. This won't have any impact on your stats or progress, once you create an account again and connect it back to your meta account everything will be as it was.
If that sounds good I can go ahead and clear the account then you can go to the website & signup again.
If you aren't receiving the reset email it's also likely that you won't receive the verification email after you create the new account, but if you do not receive that email I can force the verification manually.

I removed the original post so they are gone now.
You can create a new account on https://www.golfplusvr.com/signup now.
Once you do and get logged in there will be an option to link it to your meta account though the web.

Yours sounds like a different issue. You are getting that "no headset found" message in game or somewhere in headset before you even launch?

Hey @hard condor Yes and no so I play on the OG’s on discord when I go to try to play my school tour rounds and try to load it up it says there’s no headset connected. The headset is connected to my Meta app. This is the first time this happened before it was fine. I wish there was a way to call and speak to someone etc

Ahh, That is a bit of a different situation then. The Ogs are using a tournament system that we haven't supported in a few years. If you're having issues with a tournament in that group you'll want to reach out to one of the OG admins.

I don't think meta has a direct support phone number, but I doubt they would be able to assist with this issue. The reason we stopped using the system is because of meta themselves has stopped supporting the system. If the issue is solely related to the tournament links there probably isn't a lot that you can do.
