remove "filename.iso" from the command
that helped?
add .iso at the end of the file
no spaces between a dot and iso, also change directory to Downloads first

that was what was in it
I thought It like checked an extra linux copy
it checks for a checksum that you compare to https://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/linuxmint/stable/22.3/sha256sum.txt to make sure it downloaded without errors, otherwise you can create usb and hope for the best
I would uh try and make usb and hope for the best if my computer software is seeming really bad
