i see it says unstable distribution
can u reinstall linux mint?
maybe u didnt install it correctly
I can, at this point I have 2 options
Either use the Flatpak version which works, but has issues with some APIs I wanna use
or reinstalling
reinstall is better
it says "unstable distribution" meaning while u were installing linux mint some packages didnt install or have been corrupted
can u boot from the linux mint usb and reinstall it
sure, any way to reinstall it without loosing data though?
idk abt that u can search on google
i recommend doing a fresh reinstall but if u have REALLY IMPORTANT stuff u can search on google
wait wait wait
@glossy steppe can u go to update manager rq

mint*
Yes

yeah ur gonna have to reinstall linux mint from the usb
ur api is corrupted meaning smt went wrong during installation
@glossy steppe boot from the usb and install linux mint like normal after that restart and go to update manager and click install updates
yw after u install linux mint freshly then updated ur system from the update manager then do sudo apt install steam in terminal
@glossy steppe why did you remove the ... drm library for your graphics card ?
Even if you don't use AMD hardware that package must exist
i think its too late now
I didn't and I couldn't
