On the latest Linux Mint version, the builtin GNOME Terminal comes with the themes 'GNOME Dark' & 'GNOME Light' alongside the 'GNOME' colour palette;

  1. Open the builtin terminal
  2. Go to 'Preferences'
  3. Go to 'Profiles > ?? > Colours'

The themes are located under the dropdown in 'Text and Background Colour'
The colour palette is located under the dropdown in 'Palette'

Is there an online repository where these themes and palettes are located?

check /usr/share/themes

#

install gnome-tweaks , and use it to modify the gtk theme to something else if desired. also see gnome-look.org

#

gnome-tweaks only applies to gnome desktop.

I've had a look previously in /usr/share/themes and couldn't see it, unless it falls under Adwaita.

#

And I'm on MInt - not sure if Cinnamon falls under Gnome or not.

#

Outside of my installation Stunner, any idea where these themes would be located online?

For context, I'm trying to see if there's licensing behind them or at the very least attribution I can apply. I'm looking to use them outside of the builtin terminal.

i have no idea about the terminal thing. generally it follows the system theme.

I'm fairly sure GNOME Terminal is the exception to that rule, documentation wise it reads like it comes with builtin themes rather than relying on system themes.
