I tried to download Steam through the terminal. It didn’t work, so I downloaded it from the site and now it gives me this.

How exactly did you install it through the terminal the first time?

Usually you just have to type sudo apt install steam-installer

#

and then just open steam

If you’re installing through the Deb from Steam try though apt and vice versa
