I'm not familiar with it and I can't see any new Mull releases since December last year
It's possible that it's just older and doesn't work like it used to anymore. If you're looking for a privacy orientated FIrefox fork, LibreWolf comes highly recommended ^^

I think this has to be a browser issue then I'm afraid. If they're still active then you can file a bug report. But if what @karmic needle said is correct about the browser not being updated any longer, then you may need to consider switching.
