If you upgrade from 22.1 to 22.2 by update manager, this wallpapers still there, but i downloaded it on my aunt's computer, and its not there anymore, what happened to this wallpapers, why delete something so cool?

download is transferring a file from a to b.
install means making a software fully-ready and enabled to run daily , fulltime, in its usual manner.

The wallpapers from previous Mint versions are not included in a fresh install. But you can install them yourself.
The package names are mint-backgrounds- followed by the distro codename.
So for example, the wallpapers from 22.0 (codename wilma), would be mint-backgrounds-wilma.
Search for this in the software manager or use apt on the command line:
sudo apt install mint-backgrounds-wilma.
