Hey everyone :))
Currently, my pc running Windows 11, and I have already done some "little" research about Linux Mint. Now I'm about to install Linux Mint for the first time :))
So, I have 2 storage on my pc. NVMe SSD 256 GB for OS and 3.5 SSD SATA 1 TB for my stuff
I'm planning to install Linux mint on my Nvme SSD and completely remove Windows 11 files and just run Linux Mint on my pc.

I have some questions about partitioning or selecting a drive when installing Linux Mint.
I can just select option Erase Disk And Install Linux Mint, but I'm affraid the file system Linux Mint is gonna be installed on my 1tb ssd rather than my nvme ssd. I don't really know if I can choose the storage to install or not after selecting that option.
If I select the other option to do manual partitioning, I don't really understand which partition I should make.
Only / (root) is enough, or do I need to create another partition, for example : /efi /boot /Home / swap?

What about this partition scheme?
/efi 1gb
/root 100gb
/home
/swap 16gb

My pc specs :
CPU : Ryzen 5 5600g
GPU : Radeon RX6600
Motherbaord : Asrock B450m hdv r4
RAM : 16GB DDR4

you dont need to do complications. pick erase and install and then pick the disk

#

you can run the app named Disks before running the installer, to get familiar and see what your ssd is called officially
