#Unable to suspend PC, unless keyboard is unplugged

Title says it all. My laptop does not have the same issue, but when I hit suspend on my PC. It goes to sleep, then seconds later, turns back on.
This only occurs when the keyboard is plugged in, and considering you can wake up when you press a key, it feels like theres phantom key presses automatically waking it up.

What is even more annoying is if I do unplug the keyboard to let it properly suspend, after waking up, my second monitor goes into a cycle of turning off and on, off and on. The only fix is to actually restart, but that sort of defeats the entire point of suspending.

I'm sure I went through the bios and made sure all the stuff is set to the correct settings, following various forum posts they always point out the same bios settings, but nothing has seemed to work

whats strange with the keyboard is unplugging it, suspending, then whilst suspended I plug the keyboard back in, it doesnt immediately wake up. I need to physically press the power button to get out of sleep mode

#

and the monitor off-on-off-on issue only seems to happen once the system is suspended overnight. It doesnt have the problem if its only off for a few minutes

#

Weird! All of a sudden Suspend no longer shows up

#

Its back after restarting

#

so yeah, what the heck is up with this!

If the keyboard is not sending phantom key presses, then your mainboard is hallucinating. UEFI updates might fix it, but otherwise, no idea.

its been a while since I updated the bios, its worth a shot

#

the keyboard has a switch on the bottom to turn it off, it disables bluetooth and even wired function.

when I unplugging the keyboard, suspend, then plug it back; the system doesnt wake up
but keeping it plugged in and switching it off, suspend, then turn the switch on; the system wakes up

I wonder if that might indicate phantom key presses
