In order to connect xbox controller I should hit connect button to switch to "fast intermitent light", that should be the secondary channel of bluetooth, primary doesn't connect.
Let me check again "press for 7 seconds to pairing"
bluetooth connected!!! So sorry, just was my ignorance of using the new device.
