#Networking preparation before installing linux mint

to do it, you need to use smartphone internet connection-sharing over USB cable.
then you can set up the special Archer driver.
if you don't have smartphone that can do this, then you need Ethernet cable for sure to set it up. or buy a different wifi dongle that just works with linux, right out of the box.
how do i download the driver file for linux cause i only see driver link for windows and mac on their website i have spare usb to put the file if i need to install offline mode first then install the driver later
install the OS if you wish in offline mode
after that, connect to internet via smartphone usb phone tethering
then follow as in that link.
can nicely mention Jeremy here later tomorrow.. in 15 to 18 hours from now.
i saw guide on the intenet that install via terminal but using terminal to get the package it required internet rite? is there no offline mode for installing just for the network driver like after im done with installing the os i just plug my usb that have the network driver file exe that i downloaded click the exe file and boom i can internet cause once i have internet im able to try figure out the rest cause tech store is far from me and i dun want to spend money on something not broken yet that why for me network driver compatibility important for me before i made the switch
