if you installed linux using the manual mode, and BTRFS file system, there's a chance you can get and install a BTRFS driver on Windows to be able to read such drives. Otherwise just forget it.
no idea how i installed it
did i do manual mode?
is there no other way?

you can also use the live usb and shrink some of the linux partition occupying the second drive. Then format that new void space into EXFAT type. then that will be usable from within Windows.
use gparted program that's included in the live ISO to do the job as mentioned
@stone cipher
yea you lost me
why do u want to access the linux drive from Windows? it uses a totally foreign filesystem
one which only Linux is meant to use
to transfer files easier
i still want to use both storage i dont think i will use all of 500gb for linux
ok so boot the LIVE USB up. do it NOW.
the one u used to install linux
theeeeen?
then open the app gparted from there. and tag me
this wont delete anything or mess up the files right? everything is working now if there is a chance it will then i will find another way
are you using a laptop with a good fully charged battery AND the AC charger connected?
no battery
how often do you get power failures?
resizing the SSD should only take like 3 minutes
pretty random
yea thats fine
what about this? seems simple
Ext2Fsd?
what do you want to put / use on the linux drive that must be accessed from Windows?
just sharing files overall
like store something on linux if i run out of storage on windows
if it's just files.. shrink, and make the void into EXFAT
which is done from gparted , booted LIVE
what would that do if you dont me explaining?
cause it seems like i will have a storage between the 2 that i can use not fully use the linux one
then u can easily bookmark ur linux file manager to point to that spare space, and throw files there - both OS's can then see/modify those files
yes, you will be splitting the drive to have a 'shared' partition which is compatible for both OS
otherwise, redo your linux into BTRFS completely, and use the BTRFS driver for windows
yea i rather not do that
i will give paragon a try
then maybe this if it doesnt work well
